  • You will follow all dive briefings, safety instructions, and local regulations.

  • You will disclose any medical conditions that could affect your ability to safely dive.

  • You possess appropriate dive certifications and will provide proof if requested.

Valkyrie Dive Adventures is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from unsafe behavior, disregard of instructions, or conditions beyond our control.

5. Booking, Payments & Cancellations

All bookings are subject to specific terms outlined at the time of purchase, including:

  • Deposits and payment schedules

  • Cancellation policies

  • Refund eligibility

  • Travel insurance requirements (highly recommended)

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule trips due to weather, safety concerns, operational issues, or insufficient participation. If this occurs, our responsibility is limited to applicable refunds as outlined in your booking agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the website—including text, images, branding, video, and design—is owned by Valkyrie Dive Adventures or licensed for our use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our prior written consent.
