Dive WAIVER

If you haven’t filled out a waiver with us just yet, no worries. Below you can read through everything. Click the link to sign and submit the waiver through Docusign. If you need to download and sign, you can send us a copy of the waiver to info@valkyriediveadventures.com or upload at the bottom of your gears and logistic form once it’s completed.

A signed waiver will be required to get on the boat. Captains orders.
